1. Returns
We accept returns on products that are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging within 30 days of the purchase date. This applies to the following categories of products:
- Bar Tools
- Bar Machines
- Cups
- Accessories
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at admin@holita.xyz. Include your order number and a brief description of the item you wish to return. Upon approval, we will provide you with the return instructions.
2. Conditions for Return
To be eligible for a return, the product must meet the following criteria:
- Unopened and unused – Products must be in the same condition as when you received them.
- Original packaging – Please ensure that all original packaging, tags, and accessories are included.
- Non-sale items only – Sale or discounted items may not be eligible for returns, unless they are faulty.
3. Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. You are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.
4. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or model, please return the original product following our return process and place a new order for the item you prefer. We do not offer direct exchanges.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at admin@holita.xyz with your order details and photos of the damaged item. We will make arrangements for a replacement or full refund.
6. How to Return Your Item
- Step 1: Contact us within 30 days of receiving your product.
- Step 2: Receive return instructions and shipping label from our customer service team.
- Step 3: Pack the item securely in the original packaging.
- Step 4: Ship the item back to the address provided.
Once we receive your returned item, we will notify you about your refund status.
7. Non-returnable Items
Some products are not eligible for returns due to their nature. These include:
- Personalized or custom items that are made to your specifications.
- Opened or used items, unless defective.
8. International Orders
For international orders, please check the local import and return guidelines, as customs duties, taxes, and international shipping fees are not refundable. You will be responsible for return shipping costs.
