1. Warranty Coverage
We offer a warranty on all products purchased from Holita.xyz, which covers manufacturing defects and issues related to material or workmanship. This warranty applies to the following product categories:
- Bar Tools
- Bar Machines
- Cups
- Accessories
The warranty does not cover damages caused by misuse, accidents, normal wear and tear, or improper maintenance.
2. Warranty Period
- Bar Tools & Accessories: 6 months from the date of purchase.
- Bar Machines: 1 year from the date of purchase.
- Cups: 3 months from the date of purchase.
3. What’s Covered
If your product has a manufacturing defect or issue within the warranty period, we will either repair or replace the item at no cost to you. To make a warranty claim, you must provide proof of purchase, and the product must be returned in its original packaging (if available).
4. What’s Not Covered
Our warranty does not cover:
- Damage due to misuse, abuse, or improper handling.
- Products that have been altered or modified.
- Wear and tear from regular use (e.g., discoloration, surface scratches, etc.).
- Accidental damage (e.g., drops, spills).
- Consumables (e.g., batteries or other disposable components).

- Assessment: Our team will review your claim and determine if the product qualifies for a warranty replacement or repair.
- Return Shipping: If your claim is approved, you may be required to return the product to us for inspection. Holita.xyz will cover the cost of return shipping if the issue is covered under warranty.
- Replacement or Repair: Once we receive the product, we will process a replacement or repair as soon as possible. You will be notified once the process is complete.
6. Limitations of Liability
Holita.xyz is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products, including but not limited to loss of income, business interruption, or any personal injury.
7. Refund Policy
Please note that warranty claims do not include refunds. If a product is found to be defective, we will offer a replacement or repair as outlined above. If a refund is requested for any reason outside of warranty, please refer to our Return Policy for further details.
